Oops! I chose the wrong items and no longer want my order

If for any reason you need to cancel an existing order, please note we are only able to do so if the order has not shipped out. If the order is in route and is canceled, the items will be returned at a charge to Chuao, and cannot be resold. If any changes need to be made to your order, we need to cancel and issue a new one: we are unable to add or eliminate items chosen and already paid for.
